My lifelong interest in communications led me into podcasting. I have been a ham radio operator, a radio announcer, and I communicate to people via digital voice recordings. I am passionate about podcasting and what it has to offer. Podcasting is better than radio or tv in a number of ways.

• Podcasting has no commercials
• It does not matter where you are located.. they do not fade out like radio and you can hear podcasts loud and clear from around the world
• The show you want to hear is on now.. not when the clock says it comes on
• Podcasts are uncensored
• The vast majority of podcasts are free
• The variety of subjects of podcasts is far greater than you will hear on radio or tv. This is because they do NOT have to be financially viable. That means they are NOT required to make money. You can find a podcast on nearly any subject due to this and the fact there is NO censorship
• You can interact and get to know the people doing the podcast. They welcome interaction from email or forums and such. Just try to talk to someone like Rush Limbaugh. You will be lost in the piles of other email he gets. I almost always get a reply from podcasters I want to talk to. Many podcasters have become a friend of mine.

To download Right click the play it now button and click either "save link as" or "save target as" depending on what browser you use.

An even easier way to download it and also MANY other podcasts is to get a pod catcher program. you can find one HERE Next click HERE. to copy and paste my RSS address into the pod catcher program. You may have to right click and copy the link into your podcatcher program.

For the Ipodder program I link to above just click the plus button and paste my address into the window that comes up as you see here. next click save. You should see a list of my shows come up as you see in the screen capture. You click in the boxes next to the shows you want to download. A green play button indicates you have already downloaded the show. Each time you run this program click the green button with the 2 arrows going in a circle to download any new episodes. You can add episodes from other podcasts on the podcst directory tab or by cutting and pasting the address for other podcast feeds into the add a feed button as you have done with mine. The shows you subscribe to this way will be stored in folders with their names. You can state where on your computer you want these episodes stored. From there just copy to your mp3 player and ENJOY!!!!<
